All items are sent either via Royal Mail delivery or Fastway Couriers. All orders are insured. All orders are treated with the utmost of urgency and we aim to ship all orders within one working day of ordering.
All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Or Fastway Couriers with most orders requiring a signature. A majority of orders are delivered within one working day but can take up to two weeks. If there is no one available to sign for your order, Royal Mail will leave a notification card and your order will be taken to your local post office where it will be available for collection. Orders are only classified as missing in the post fifteen working days after posting. If fifteendays or more have passed and your order has not been received, please contact us here at Cybersell Ltd.
International orders are sent via Royal Mail International Delivery and are usually delivered within a week but can take up to twenty five working days due to delays at customs. All orders require a signature. If twenty five working days or more have passed and your order has not been received, please contact us to inform us of the non-delivery.
Cybersell Ltd only advertise items that we actually stock but from time to time we may sell out of a product before we have a chance to mark it out of stock, in this instance we will notify you if more than ten working days pass without the availability of the product.
